Therapy with me is less about having the right answers and more about helping you connect your head with your heart. A lot of my clients come in stuck in their thoughts or constantly in “doing” mode—losing sight of how to simply be, or how to connect with the parts of themselves that actually feel and long for something more.
One of my superpowers is helping you connect the dots and make sense of your story—seeing the patterns, the life experiences, and the expectations that have shaped how you got here. We’ll look at the good, the bad, and the messy parts in between, and start to shift out of surviving the day into feeling more connected to life and your relationships.

I offer virtual therapy throughout Arizona, along with walk & talk sessions in Chandler. Virtual sessions give you the flexibility to meet from your own private space—your couch, your office, wherever you feel most comfortable. Pets are always welcome, and mine may pop in to say hello from time to time.

New clients meet weekly to start. Having a consistent time each week helps build momentum and keeps you connected to the work, rather than feeling like you’re starting over each time.
We’ll find a time that works for you and reserve that as your ongoing spot. As things shift, we can always adjust the pace in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

This kind of work focuses on getting to the root of what’s going on and creating meaningful, lasting change. It’s an investment in yourself and your life.
Individual 50-minute sessions are $180. Couples or family sessions are $225 for 50 minutes. Extended sessions and intensives are also available and can be discussed based on your needs.
We can talk through what feels like the right fit during your consultation so you feel clear and comfortable moving forward.

I don’t work directly with insurance, which gives us more flexibility in how we approach your care. It also means we’re not limited by diagnoses or session restrictions, and your information stays more private.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement, and we can talk through what that might look like.

The work I do is more depth-oriented, which means we’re not just trying to fix what’s happening right now, but really understanding the patterns, experiences, and relationship dynamics that have been shaping things for a long time.
Because of that, therapy is usually a longer-term process. It’s less about rushing to an endpoint and more about doing the kind of work that actually sticks. We’ll check in along the way so it continues to feel meaningful and aligned with where you are.
