MEET Brianne, LPC
We all long to feel real — to be seen, loved, and accepted for who we truly are.
This is the space where that can begin to happen… I am an Anxiety & Relationship Therapist in Chandler and Online Across AZ.
You’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone else that slowing down feels uncomfortable—maybe even wrong.
THERAPY ISN’T ABOUT FIXING YOU OR GIVING YOU ONE MORE THING TO DO; it’s about learning to listen differently—to your body, your emotions, and the quiet parts of you that have gone unheard for too long.
Before we can figure out what’s next, we have to pause long enough to notice where you are. That act of truly seeing yourself is where things begin to change.
Together, we’ll make sense of what’s really going on beneath the surface. I’ll help you see the patterns that keep you in overdrive—the perfectionism, the people-pleasing, the endless thinking and doing that once kept you safe but now leave you anxious, disconnected, and tired in a way sleep can’t fix.
This work goes deeper than coping skills or quick fixes. It’s about coming home to yourself—to the parts you’ve pushed aside to stay strong, to the emotions you’ve learned to silence, to the person you’ve been too busy to hear.
Over time, you’ll begin to feel more grounded in your body and clearer in your mind. You’ll start to trust yourself, set boundaries that feel good, and show up in your relationships with more honesty and ease.
Therapy won’t make life perfect—but it will make it real. And from that place of truth and connection, everything else starts to shift.
How I work
01
You’ve probably already tried all the things that were supposed to help—the routines, the lists, the strategies, the “just think differently” advice. You’re good at doing and achieving; it’s how you’ve always found your footing. But at some point, doing more stops working. The same strategies that got you this far in life, can’t take you where you actually want to go.
THAT’S WHAT THERAPY WITH ME IS ABOUT-doing something different.
It’s not about more effort; it’s about pausing long enough to understand what’s really happening underneath the effort. You don’t need another plan to manage the discomfort. You need space to see yourself clearly, without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.
02
When we slow down, take a breath, and look honestly at what’s happening—what you feel, what you’ve lived, and how you’ve learned to cope—something begins to open.
Because when you start living from awareness instead of autopilot, anxiety loosens its grip. Relationships feel lighter. The noise quiets, your shoulders drop and you begin to recognize yourself again. You’re no longer just surviving your life — you’re connected with it.

What you can expect from me
Clients describe me as calm, intuitive, and deeply attuned to what’s happening beneath the surface. They often share that they feel understood quickly—that they don’t have to overexplain or perform in order to be seen.
I’m especially skilled at noticing patterns, naming what isn’t being said, and helping people make sense of the places where they’ve become disconnected from themselves and in their relationships.
What once felt tangled begins to make sense, and clients often leave feeling clearer—not because everything is solved, but because they’re no longer carrying it alone.
My CORE VALUES
AWARENESS
You don’t need to fix yourself to move forward. Understanding what’s actually happening—inside you and in your relationships—creates clarity and opens space for meaningful change without force or self-criticism.
01
HONESTY
Many of my clients are used to being capable, composed, and emotionally steady for everyone else. Therapy isn’t another place to perform. It’s a place where you can show up honestly—without managing, minimizing, or holding it all together.
02
ATTUNEMENT
Your emotions and reactions offer meaningful information about what matters to you and how you’ve learned to navigate relationships. We stay attentive to these signals, approaching them with care and curiosity rather than trying to override them.
03
CONNECTION
Struggles don’t exist in isolation. The ways you relate—to yourself and to others—were shaped in relationship, and therapy offers a place to notice those patterns and experience something more reciprocal and grounding.
